We are hiring a hands-on Order Issue Manager to take full ownership of product-related issues and supplier coordination in our growing e-commerce business.
This role is critical: as we scale, small product issues = lost profit. You will ensure product quality, reduce refunds, and improve margins.
???? What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and solving all product-related issues across the business:
Fix issues like:
Wrong sizes
Incorrect colors
Bad fit
Poor product quality
Perform quality checks when products hit key sales thresholds
Work closely with:
Customer Support (feedback & complaints)
Suppliers (solutions & improvements)
Supply Chain Manager (operations alignment)
Improve product listings:
Update descriptions
Fix sizing charts
Adjust pricing when needed
Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing as order volume increases

Proven experience in dropshipping / e-commerce operations
