Experienced Graphic Designer (Web Design | Framer | Adobe Suite)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable freelance Graphic & Web Designer for a long-term collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong command of Figma and Framer, with the ability to design and build clean, conversion-optimized websites for agency and professional services clients. You will receive copy and wireframes from our internal team and collaborate directly with marketers to translate strategy into high-performing design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design responsive, mobile-optimized websites using Figma and Framer
• Implement provided wireframes and copy into fully designed layouts
• Ensure strong UX/UI principles with a focus on conversion
• Build production-ready websites in Framer
• Maintain visual consistency across pages and components
• Collaborate directly with marketers to iterate and improve design outcomes

Requirements:
• Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in Figma and Framer
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and UX
• Knowledge of conversion-focused design principles
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 20 hours per week availability
• Independent, responsive, and reliable

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Shopify and eCommerce design
• Basic familiarity with marketing funnels and user flows
• Understanding of performance optimization for web
