Experienced Graphic Designer

We're looking for Part-Time / As-Needed Experienced Graphic Designer.

We are a creative marketing agency working with premier clients who expect thoughtful, polished, professional work. We're not corporate in the way we communicate, we’re casual, approachable, fun, and collaborative. But the level of work we deliver is serious - this is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for someone with 8+ years of professional graphic design experience who can step into projects confidently, understand direction quickly, and deliver strong work without needing heavy hand-holding.

We’re looking for a designer who can create high-quality:
-Brochures
-Posters
-Flyers
-Social media graphics
-Marketing materials
-Campaign assets
-Print and digital layouts
- Client-facing branded pieces

BUT-- This role is not about simply making things “look pretty.”
Good graphic design is communication. We need someone who understands how to organize information, handle a lot of text, create hierarchy, d ---------- what needs to stand out, and make the message clear.

You should be able to look at a messy draft, a long paragraph, or a rough client idea and turn it into something clean, strategic, beautiful, and easy to understand.

Who We’re Looking For:
- A highly skilled graphic designer with 8+ years of experience
- Photoshop AND Illustrator experience (no CANVA)
- Creative, polished, and detail-oriented
- VERY fluent in English
- Strong with typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable designing for both print and digital
- Able to work with a lot of text without making the design feel cluttered
- Able to follow brand guidelines while still bringing creative ideas
- Professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with
- Comfortable working with an agency team and taking direction
- Able to deliver premier-level work for premier-level clients

Again, this is not entry level. Please only apply if graphic design is truly one of your strongest professional skills.

Important Note
The main skill we need is excellent graphic design but I know we will receive a lot of applicants so if you also have additional skills, please tell us. There may be more opportunities depending on what else you bring to the table. And it may be the reason we give the job to you instead of another applicant.

But to be clear: the priority is finding someone who is a great graphic designer first.

Schedule & Workload
Right now, this role is on an as-needed basis.
We estimate around 10 hours per month, or 4 projects per month, though this may grow over time. Monday - Friday

This is a good fit for an experienced designer who already has other work and is looking to add a steady agency relationship with room for future opportunity.
