Experienced GoHighLevel Developer / VA — Custom Website Build (Health & Wellness Brand)

We're a US-based health and wellness company launching a new website on GoHighLevel and need an experienced GHL builder to take our completed website design (fully coded HTML/CSS/JavaScript files) and implement them into a polished, high-converting GHL site with funnels, forms, automations, and CRM workflows.
This is NOT a "design from scratch" project. The full website is already designed, coded, and tested — including homepage, product pages, interactive features, cart system, and all content. Your job is to recreate this design inside GoHighLevel, build the automations, and set up the backend so it runs smoothly.
This is a project-based role to start. If the setup goes well and you're reliable, there's ongoing work available for site management, funnel optimization, automation updates, CRM management, and technical support on a part-time, as-needed basis.

What You'll Be Doing
Phase 1 — GHL Website & Automation Setup (Main Project)

Recreate our homepage design inside GoHighLevel's website/funnel builder, matching our provided HTML/CSS design as closely as possible
Build product pages for 21 products using our existing content, specs, and product data
Set up lead capture forms (email signup with 10% discount offer)
Build the order request flow: customers select products ? fill out a form (name, email, phone, referral code) ? submission triggers an automation that emails us the order details and sends the customer a confirmation
Set up a wholesale inquiry form with automated email notification
Build email automations:

Order confirmation to customer
Order notification to our team
Welcome sequence for new email subscribers (discount code delivery)
Wholesale inquiry notification


Configure CRM pipelines to track order requests from submission to fulfillment
Set up a research disclaimer popup/modal on the site
Ensure the site is fully responsive and looks professional on mobile
Connect our custom domain and configure SSL
Set up basic SEO (page titles, meta descriptions)

Phase 2 — Ongoing Support (If Phase 1 Goes Well)

Product updates (new products, purity changes, content edits)
Funnel optimization and A/B testing

Email sequence updates and new campaigns
CRM management and pipeline adjustments
Adding blog posts and content pages
Reporting on leads, conversions, and email performance
Building new automations as the business grows

A detailed setup guide with all design decisions, content, and product data already prepared
Three fully coded HTML/CSS/JavaScript website files to use as your visual reference for the design
Complete product database with all 21 products including names, categories, descriptions, purities, research links, and specifications
All copy, content, and imagery direction — nothing for you to write from scratch
GHL account access

Requirements
Must Have:

2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (not just basic funnels — full website builds, automations, and CRM setup)
Proven ability to build custom, professional-looking websites inside GHL (not generic templates)
Strong experience with GHL workflows and automations (triggers, actions, conditional logic)
Experience building multi-step forms and order/inquiry funnels
Understanding of CRM pipeline setup and lead management
Ability to match a custom design closely using GHL's builder (comfortable with custom CSS inside GHL)
Experience with GHL email campaigns and sequences
Knowledge of domain connection, DNS, and SSL setup within GHL
Reliable internet connection and clear English communication
Attention to detail — the design is polished and we need it implemented that way

Nice to Have:

Experience building sites for e-commerce, health/wellness, or product catalog businesses
Experience with GHL's membership or course features (for potential future use)
Knowledge of GHL API and webhook integrations
Experience with custom CSS/HTML elements inside the GHL builder
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel strategy
Experience with GHL reporting and analytics dashboards
