Experienced Facebook Ads Media Buyer – Ecom & Lead Gen

We’re looking for a Facebook Ads expert who knows how to run profitable ad campaigns for eCommerce and local businesses. If you’ve managed $1K-$10K/month in ad spend and can generate 3x-5x ROAS, we want you on board.

???? What You’ll Do:
? Set up, manage & optimize Facebook & Instagram ads
? A/B test creatives, audiences & ad copies for better performance
? Track & improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA
? Scale winning campaigns and cut underperforming ones

???? Requirements:
???? 2+ years of experience running Facebook Ads
???? Proven case studies or results (attach screenshots)
???? Strong knowledge of Business Manager & tracking setup
???? Can work independently & meet deadlines

???? Compensation:
???? $500-$1,500/month (based on experience) OR
???? Performance-based (fixed + % of ad spend profits)
