Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, fast, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Ebay Virtual Assistant to build, manage, and cross list multiple online marketplace stores.

This role focuses on:

EBAY Marketplace multi-user account setup, store optimization, product listing,

Product listing & cross-listing

Image editing & AI image generation

Store branding & optimization

Weekly task/project management

This is a long-term opportunity with stable weekly pay and potential for role expansion.

Primary Responsibilities
Marketplace Setup & Management

Open and manage multiple e-commerce marketplace stores

Create and optimize:

(1) eBay Shoe Store

(2) Product listing on other marketplaces

Platforms include:

eBay

Walmart Marketplace


Facebook Marketplace

TikTok Shop

Product Listing & Cross-Listing

Create professional, SEO-optimized product listings

Cross-list products across all marketplaces

Upload and manage product inventory

Optimize:

Titles

Descriptions

Images

Categories & attributes

Graphic Design & Image Work

Create company logos

Design basic store branding (banners, shop layout)

Re-edit and enhance product images

Use AI image generation tools to create clean, high-quality product images

Ensure all visuals are marketplace-compliant

CPM / Project & Task Management (REQUIRED)

Create and manage a CPM (Content / Campaign / Project Management system)

Build a weekly task schedule

Track progress and complete all assigned tasks weekly

Submit weekly task completion reports

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

? 5+ years experience as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant
? Proven experience with eBay store setup & management
? Experience with at least 2 other marketplaces (Walmart, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
? Ability to work fast, accurately, and independently
? Verifiable past work examples or references
? Strong attention to detail
? Experience with Canva or Photoshop
? Familiarity with AI image tools
? Excellent organization & time management
? Stable internet connection
? Willing to commit long-term

PAY & SCHEDULE

$2–$3/hour (based on experience & performance)

4–5 hours daily

Paid weekly

Monthly cap: $200

Opportunity for permanent long-term role incentives

TRIAL PERIOD (MANDATORY)

Shortlisted applicants will complete a 1-week paid trial which includes:

Creating sample product listings

Cross-listing to another marketplace

Image re-editing or AI image generation

Submitting a weekly task schedule

Only applicants who pass the 1st week trial will be hired permanently.
