JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled media buyer to perform the role of a Digital Marketing Executive to lead and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Klaviyo, and more. In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising, crafting strategic campaigns, and ensuring our online presence is consistent and engaging. We are a company committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.

WAGE:
Your rate will be determined based on your skills and experience, with payments issued bi-weekly. Rate adjustments will be considered following performance reviews, conducted semi-annually.
The successful applicant shall have the following;

General Requirements:
Availability between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
A quiet and professional working environment (no noises from animals, babies etc.).
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience working for an Australian company is an advantage.
Reliable internet connection and a laptop with hardware specs to support work functions required.
A portfolio of campaigns or strategies demonstrating an ability to drive successful digital marketing efforts.

Required Skills:
Expertise in Klaviyo campaign management and optimisation, including creating, monitoring, and optimising customer engagement flows.
Advanced paid advertising management skills, with proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including ad creation, budget management, and account optimisation.
Strong profile and account management skills across social media and business platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google My Business).
Proven ability to develop and manage content for multiple platforms.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance.
Specialised Google Merchant Centre Management skills, including monitoring and optimising product and review feeds, account statuses, and business information.

Non-Technical Skills:
Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to align media buying strategies with broader business goals. Skills in anticipating market trends and planning campaigns that drive long-term success.
Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and partners. Strong collaboration skills to integrate media strategies with other marketing efforts.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions. Skills in adapting to rapidly changing market conditions and opportunities.
Time Management and Organisation: Skills in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Strong organisational skills to track campaigns, budgets, and reporting timelines.

Good to Have Skills:
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation strategies.
Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Familiarity with multi-channel marketing approaches, including email, social media, and search engine marketing.
Understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to implement best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Content Creation: Ability to create compelling, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across various digital platforms, aligning with marketing strategies.

THE ONBOARDING PROCESS:
The successful applicant will first respond to this posting by explaining their suitability for the position. Following this, they will be asked to submit a video introduction, showcasing their portfolio or previous work samples. Selected candidates will be invited for an initial video interview, which will include an on-the-spot assessment of their expertise. Those who pass this stage will then proceed to a final interview via Google Meet. The top candidate will be offered a paid trial for a specified period, followed by a contract offer upon successful completion

Paid Trial Rate: $938AUD per month, paid bi-weekly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: You shall be responsible for the following tasks to be conducted during business hours:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across multiple platforms.
Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximum ROI.
Create, implement, and refine Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, focusing on customer engagement and retention.
Oversee the management and optimisation of social media profiles and business accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high levels of engagement.
Analyse campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
Manage and optimise the Google Merchant Centre to ensure product listings are competitive and fully compliant with Google’s standards.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and implement best practices to keep the company’s marketing efforts ahead of the competition.
Report to your Manager and provide regular updates on campaign progress and outcomes.

We currently have e-commerce stores that require creative, administrative, and data entry positions for a wide variety of items with niches related to ramps, industrial supplies, sustainable living products and ride-ons for kids.
