JOB OVERVIEW

We are a private growing pediatric dental office in Spring ( 99 @ Rayford) in the Walmart Center. We not only value our patients but we also value our team members and are always striving to look for new additions to our amazing team.

Our private pediatric dental office is looking for an experienced dental ( 2 years + ) insurance coordinator to oversee our insurance, collections, and AR. We have a great team oriented and supportive environment. Please do no waste your time or my time if you do NOT have 2+ years of DENTAL INSURANCE experience. If you do NOT have dental insurance, we will not respond to your message.

We specialize in creating positive dental experiences for children. We're currently seeking a motivated and compassionate team members to play a pivotal role in our practice. If you're passionate about pediatric dental care and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.



Key Responsibilities:
1. **Insurance Claim Submission:**
- Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims for dental services rendered.
- Ensure claims are submitted promptly and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims.

2. **Patient Billing:**
- Generate and send patient statements for balances due.
- Address patient inquiries regarding their accounts and billing statements.

3. **Insurance Verification:**
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments.
- Update patient records with current insurance information.

4. **Accounts Receivable Management:**
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Post insurance payments and patient payments to the appropriate accounts.

5. **Coordination with Dental Office Staff:**
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure accurate billing information.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their financial responsibilities.

6. **Compliance and Documentation:**
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of billing and payment transactions.

7. **Problem Resolution:**
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and insurance claims.
- Assist in resolving patient billing complaints and issues.


Looking For
