Credit Repair Dispute Assistant (Remote)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Credit Repair Dispute Assistant to support our growing credit consulting business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and experienced with the credit repair process from onboarding through dispute management.
This position is best suited for someone who has previously worked in the credit repair industry and understands dispute workflows, CFPB complaint submissions, client communication, and credit report analysis.
AFTER 60-90 DAYS OF PROVEN PERFORMANCE, A $5-$6/HR WAGE WILL BE GIVEN.
PERFORMANCE BONUS FOR : LOW ERROR RATES, COMMUNICATION, AND ACCURACY
Responsibilities:
Review client credit reports and identify derogatory accounts.
Create and manage client dispute campaigns using DisputeFox.
Draft and submit CFPB complaints when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of disputes, responses, and client files.
Monitor dispute deadlines and follow-up requirements.
Assist with client onboarding and document collection.
Provide updates regarding dispute progress and account status.
Organize and maintain client records in a secure manner.
Communicate professionally with management regarding client accounts and dispute strategies.
Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and reporting issues within credit reports.
Required Experience
Applicants must have:
Previous credit repair industry experience.
Working knowledge of DisputeFox.
Experience submitting CFPB complaints.
Understanding of consumer credit reports and derogatory accounts.
Knowledge of dispute workflows and documentation requirements.
Strong written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
Preferred Qualifications:
English Speaking
Familiarity with FCRA-related credit reporting disputes.
Experience handling multiple client files simultaneously.
Virtual assistant or administrative support experience.
