Experienced Civil Engineer/Designer

In need of experienced civil engineer/designer to work on land development projects. Please do not apply if you do not meet the minimum requirements as we will not respond to those applicants. Minimum requirements are:

Proficient in Civil 3D for subdivision, shopping center and industrial site development planning and preparation of construction documents, including Road Plan & Profile, Grading & Erosion Control Deign
Proficient in stormwater hydrology, detention pond design, storm drainage system design
Proficient in Sanitary Sewer Design

Work will be project based - I will provide information on work needed and you will provide fixed fee and schedule for completion. Fee will need to include addressing 2 rounds of comments fro ---------- and one round of comments from review agency.

This is likely to lead to a full-time position for the right person.
