We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to help us build a powerhouse board of directors for our hospice acquisition. This role goes beyond basic admin work—you’ll be directly engaging top healthcare executives, managing high-level outreach, and keeping everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Find & Engage Top-Tier Candidates – Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify Legal Directors & Clinical Experts with relevant healthcare and hospice experience.
Manage Outreach & Follow-Ups – Handle LinkedIn messaging &
Keep Everything Organized – Maintain and update pipelines in HubSpot CRM, tracking progress and conversations.
Schedule High-Level Meetings – Arrange and coordinate Zoom interviews with potential board members.
Report on Progress – Provide regular updates on outreach efforts and new opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong executive research & outreach skills
Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator & HubSpot CRM (or a quick learner!)
Excellent written communication (you know how to craft messages that get responses)
Highly organized – able to juggle multiple conversations and tasks with ease
Experience in executive recruiting, business development, or healthcare? That’s a big plus!
