About Us

My Home Design is a growing Australian furniture and interiors company specializing in premium furniture, custom furniture, hospitality projects, trade partnerships, and interior design solutions.

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant & Operations Coordinator to work directly with our CEO and help keep the business running efficiently.

This is not a traditional VA role. We're seeking someone who takes ownership, solves problems, follows through, and ensures important tasks never fall through the cracks.



Key Responsibilities
A. Executive & Operations Support
- Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and reminders
- Track priorities, action items, and follow-ups
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and projects
- Follow up with suppliers, contractors, and tea ---------- mbers
- Help improve systems, workflows, and SOPs


B. Customer Service & Order Management
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, live chat, and CRM platforms
- Provide order updates, delivery information, and product support
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Track orders, production schedules, and supplier updates
- Maintain accurate Shopify records


C. Logistics & Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate deliveries and freight bookings
- Track shipments and ETAs
- Manage supplier communications and follow-ups
- Request freight quotes and resolve logistics issues


D. Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist with lead management and CRM updates
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Create and update Shopify product listings
- Upload product information, content, and images
- Support email marketing and other marketing initiatives



AI & Productivity Tools
We actively use AI to improve productivity and efficiency.
Experience with the following is highly preferred:

- Supplier Coordination
- Administrative Support
