We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support our hospice acquisition process by identifying and engaging potential board members, managing outreach, and streamlining communication. The ideal candidate will be proficient in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and HubSpot CRM, with strong research and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Research & Outreach
Identify and qualify potential board members (Legal Director & Clinical Expert) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Conduct targeted searches for executives with relevant healthcare and hospice experience
Manage LinkedIn messaging and
CRM & Data Management
Maintain and update candidate pipelines in HubSpot CRM
Track conversations, responses, and scheduled interviews
Ensure seamless organization of board formation progress
Scheduling & Coordination
Arrange and coordinate Zoom interviews with potential board members
Manage calendars and reminders to keep outreach on schedule
Administrative Support
Prepare summaries and reports on outreach progress
Provide regular updates on the pipeline and new opportunities
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong general research skills to support acquisition efforts
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and strong LinkedIn search skills
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or ability to learn quickly)
Excellent written communication for outreach messaging
Highly organized, with the ability to track multiple conversations efficiently
Prior experience in executive recruiting, business development, or healthcare is a plus
Commitment & Compensation:
20 hours per week (part-time)
Fully remote role
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
