Executive Technical Virtual Assistant (Funnels & Automation Specialist)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Executive Technical Virtual Assistant with strong funnels & automation experience to help manage and optimize our marketing systems. You’ll play a key role in engaging our email list, boosting community interaction, and driving event registrations.

This role is perfect for someone who loves automation, funnels, and digital marketing, while also providing executive-level support.

Key Responsibilities

Build, optimize, and troubleshoot funnels using GoHighLevel (GHL)
Create & schedule email campaigns, drip sequences, newsletters, and promotions
Manage social media scheduling inside GHL and assist with direct messaging in FB groups
Set up and monitor lead magnets, opt-in pages, sales pipelines, and automation workflows
Generate funnel analytics & performance reports

Provide executive support (calendar & inbox management, meeting prep, client communication)
Collaborate with the CEO on projects, taking initiative and offering creative solutions

What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel funnels & automation

Strong email marketing skills (sequences, campaigns, promotions)
Basic knowledge of funnel analytics & reporting
Excellent English communication skills (both written & spoken)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative while following instructions
Comfortable handling confidential information
