JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Support Specialist to provide dedicated assistance to our Director. The ideal candidate will excel in managing email correspondence, travel planning, and other administrative tasks crucial to maintaining seamless executive operations. Additionally, the candidate should possess proficiency in using Canva for simple social media design and management.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage the Director's email correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
Coordinate and plan complex travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for the Director.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and tasks.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling office logistics.
Utilize Canva or similar tools for basic social media design and management, supporting the company's online presence.
Collaborate with the Director to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive or virtual assistant.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong proficiency in email management and communication.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in travel planning and coordination.
Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for basic social media design.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
