Perth Surveying provides professional land surveying services across Perth and Western Australia.

We work with homeowners, builders, developers, designers, architects, town planners, and property professionals who need accurate survey information for residential, commercial, subdivision, construction, and development projects.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support & Zoho CRM Assistant to support our Perth-based Sales Manager with CRM management, quote data entry, sales follow-up, and client communication.

## About the Role

This role is for someone with a high level of experience using **Zoho CRM** and strong previous experience in a **sales support, sales administration, customer service, or sales coordination role**.

You will help keep our sales process organised by updating Zoho CRM, entering quote details, moving sales opportunities through the pipeline, and following up quotes with clients by phone and email.

This is not a basic data entry role. We need someone who understands how sales pipelines work, can manage CRM information properly, can think ahead, and can help make sure no lead, quote, or follow-up is missed.

You do not need to be a qualified surveyor, but you must be confident working inside a sales process, managing CRM data, communicating clearly with clients, and supporting a busy Perth-based Sales Manager.

Strong written and spoken English is most important, we can train other areas.

## Key Responsibilities

* Support the Perth-based Sales Manager with daily sales administration
* Update and manage leads, contacts, deals, quotes, notes, and follow-up tasks in Zoho CRM
* Move sales opportunities through the correct Zoho CRM stages
* Complete accurate data entry for quotes and client information
* Follow up quotes by phone and email
* Record all client updates and sales activity clearly in Zoho CRM
* Help ensure no leads, quotes, or follow-ups are missed
* Support the sales pipeline with accurate reporting and clean CRM data
* Identify missing information, incomplete records, or follow-up issues
* Communicate clearly with clients and internal tea ---------- mbers
* Follow sales processes and instructions carefully
* Help improve sales administration processes where possible

* Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, sales coordination, customer service, or a similar sales role
* Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead stages, follow-ups, and deal movements
* Excellent written and spoken English

## Required Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have experience with:
