StillPoint Studios is a nervous system regulation and breathwork company helping people reduce stress, overcome anxiety, improve emotional resilience, and create lasting transformation through science-backed breathwork experiences.

We are entering a major growth phase as we expand our in-person experiences, signature programs, online offerings, memberships, retreats, and national digital presence.

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Operations & Growth Manager to work directly alongside founder Colette Wilson.

This is not a traditional assistant role.

This is a leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, marketing, technology, data, and human connection.

The Mission

Your primary responsibility is helping us build the infrastructure required to bring our work to thousands of people online and in person. (and stabilize the systems in place for our live in-person events)

You will become the operational backbone of the organization.

You will help manage projects, oversee marketing systems, support client communication, organize data, implement automation, and help execute our growth strategy.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Operations & Project Management

* Manage projects from idea to execution
* Build and improve systems and SOPs
* Coordinate contractors and tea ---------- mbers
* Create operational efficiencies
* Track priorities and deadlines
* Support launch execution

Marketing Operations

* Coordinate social media publishing
* Assist with email marketing campaigns
* Support webinar and funnel launches
* Track campaign performance
* Organize content calendars
* Manage CRM workflows

Data & Analytics

* Monitor Meta Ads performance
* Analyze marketing metrics
* Track lead generation
* Measure conversion rates
* Report on KPIs weekly
* Identify opportunities for optimization

Automation & AI

* Build and improve automations
* Work with AI tools and workflows
* Integrate systems across platforms
* Improve efficiency through technology
* Create scalable operational processes

Client Experience

* Communicate with prospective and existing clients
* Support onboarding processes
* Respond with emotional intelligence
* Maintain a trauma-informed communication style
* Help create a world-class client experience

Required Experience

You must have experience in:

* Executive support
* Operations management
* Marketing coordination
* CRM management
* Data analysis and reporting
* Project management
* AI tools and workflow automation

Experience with the following is strongly preferred:

* Go High Level
* Meta Business Suite
* ConvertKit or similar email platforms
* Zapier
* Canva
* Google Workspace
* ClickUp, Asana, or Monday
* ChatGPT and AI workflow design

This is extremely important.

We are looking for someone who understands our audience.

Preferred experience includes:

You do not need to be a coach.

But you must genuinely understand how to communicate with people navigating anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and personal transformation.
