About the Client: The client is a consulting firm focused on connecting entrepreneurs to private equity opportunities. With an all-female team, they specialize in providing tailored solutions for diverse business owners, including women, minorities, and disabled veterans. Their services include support in mergers and acquisitions, financial services consulting, and government contracts, aiming to empower clients through strategic guidance and partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Deal Management: Oversee long-term M&A and capital market deals (3-18 months). Ensure smooth coordination across all stages.
Contract Management: Create, distribute, and track contracts. Handle the client onboarding process and follow up as needed.
Internal Documentation: Maintain and update a detailed internal pipeline and documentation of client interactions, deal progress, and milestones.
Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
Business Plans and Technical Documents: Prepare and edit business plans, reports, and other technical documents for clients and stakeholders.
Output Marketing: Assist with marketing efforts as needed, ensuring consistent communication to maintain the company’s reputation.
CRM Management: Utilize Google Workspace and Go High Level CRM to manage client data, track project progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in administrative roles, sales, and complex deal management.
Excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and calendar management.
Proficient in CRM systems, familiarity with GHL is nice to have but the required.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently after initial training.
Comfortable handling high-profile clients and protecting the company’s reputation.
Able to identify challenges and communicate them clearly to the team.
Comfortable with flexible working hours to accommodate clients across different time zones.
