JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a full-time executive assistant / operations coordinator for a landscaping construction company in California.

This is not just a basic VA position. I am looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to help run the day-to-day operations of the business.

Your job will include:

Answering inbound calls
Calling new leads
Following up with clients and old leads
Replying to emails and messages
Updating clients on project schedules
Organizing project photos and videos
Managing CRM and lead pipeline
Helping with permit applications and follow-ups
Posting on social media
Editing short videos and reels
Communicating with Design team
Drafting Proposal - With approval
Follow Up - Designs
Follow Up - Proposals
Creating simple reports for completed tasks, leads, and follow-ups

Must have:

Strong English speaking and writing skills
Good phone skills
Reliable internet
Good organization
Ability to work Monday-Friday during California business hours
Ability to work without being reminded every small task
Experience with Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Canva, and CapCut

I am looking for someone who can take initiative. I do not want someone who only waits for instructions. I need someone who can help organize the business, spot problems, and suggest improvements.
