Virtual Assistant – Executive Assistant (Customer Support + GoHighLevel Experience)

**Position: Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant
**Location: Remote (Work From Home)
**Employment Type: Full-Time (Long-Term)

Bridge Driver helps individuals earn income by renting vehicles to work with gig apps like DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats, and more. We provide reliable cars on a weekly or long-term basis.

We are hiring a highly reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to manage customer communication, follow up with leads, and handle payment-related tasks inside **GoHighLevel (GHL)**.

This role is **operations-focused** and requires someone who can follow systems, communicate clearly, and stay organized.

# Core Responsibilities

1. Customer Communication (Primary Role)

• Respond to all incoming messages (SMS, social media, email)
• Use **company scripts and SOPs** to guide responses
• Answer questions about pricing, availability, and process
• Follow up with leads who have not completed signup

---

2. Call Handling

• Take incoming calls from potential and current drivers
• Make outgoing follow-up calls to leads
• Use provided scripts to qualify and convert renters
• Maintain a professional, confident tone on all calls

---

### 3. GoHighLevel (GHL) Management

• Manage conversations and pipelines inside GoHighLevel
• Update lead status, tags, and notes
• Trigger follow-ups and workflows
• Ensure all leads are tracked and organized

---

### 4. Payment & Billing Support

• Send **payment reminders** to active renters
• Follow up on overdue payments
• Charge cards when authorized (following SOP)
• Escalate failed payments or issues when needed

---

### 5. Admin & Executive Support

• Keep records of renters and conversations organized
• Assist with daily operational tasks
• Report issues, trends, or recurring questions
• Maintain accurate data across systems

---

# Requirements

? Strong **English communication (written + spoken)**
? Confident on phone calls (clear, professional voice)
? Experience using **GoHighLevel (REQUIRED)**
? Ability to follow scripts and SOPs exactly
? Strong attention to detail
? Fast response time and high reliability
? Organized and process-driven

# Preferred Experience (Bonus)

• Customer service or sales experience
• Experience with payment collection or billing
• CRM or pipeline management
• Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
