We’re looking for a creative, driven, and design-savvy Social Media & Marketing Manager to help us elevate our brand and support our team of top-producing agents.
The Role
As our Social Media & Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and growing our social media presence while designing sophisticated, on-brand marketing materials for both the company and individual agents. You’ll work directly with the team to bring creative campaigns to life, producing engaging content that captures our unique brand voice and luxury aesthetic.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone and schedule appointment
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram,
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars and social media strategies
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content (Reels, property tours, agent spotlights, etc.)
- Design print and digital marketing materials (flyers, listing presentations, postcards, social templates, etc.) using Canva or Adobe tools
- Collaborate with agents to design custom property and personal branding materials
- Monitor analytics to track engagement and optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and design best practices
- Any other miscellaneous tasks that is needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or creative design (real estate experience a plus)
- Expert-level proficiency in Canva, video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar), and social media tools
- Strong visual design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic and attention to detail
- Ability to take a vision or concept and execute it independently from start to finish
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Knowledge of luxury branding and marketing principles preferred
