Operations & Executive Assistant

Part-Time | Remote

Miett Health is a growing online fitness and nutrition coaching company that helps busy women build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and lasting confidence through sustainable coaching that fits real life.

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations & Executive Assistant to help support daily operations, client experience, project management, and marketing initiatives.

This is not a traditional virtual assistant role.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives on organization, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a meaningful role in helping build a company that positively impacts people's lives.

The right person will become a trusted partner behind the scenes, helping transform ideas into action and ensuring the business runs smoothly as we continue to grow.

Position Details

* Fully remote
* Part-time position to start, with hours increasing as the company grows
* Starting at approximately 5-10 hours per week
* Flexible schedule
* Opportunity for increased hours, responsibility, and compensation as the company grows
* Must have availability for overlap with Mountain Time (US) for communication and meetings

Required Experience

Applicants should have experience with:

* Canva
* GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Asana
* Social media management and scheduling
* Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)

Experience with fitness, health, coaching, or online service-based businesses is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

* Calendar management
* Email organization and follow-up
* Scheduling and coordination
* Document creation and formatting
* Administrative support as needed

Project Management

* Managing projects and workflows inside Asana
* Tracking deadlines and deliverables
* Following up on outstanding tasks
* Helping improve operational systems and processes
* Supporting business growth initiatives

Client Operations

* Assisting with new client onboarding
* Supporting client setup processes
* Maintaining organization within coaching platforms and systems
* Helping create a positive client experience behind the scenes

Marketing & Social Media Support

* Social media scheduling and organization
* Canva graphics and document design
* Content repurposing and formatting
* Updating client resources and materials
* Assisting with marketing campaigns and launches

CRM & Automation Support

* Managing and organizing GoHighLevel
* Updating workflows and automations
* Lead management and organization
* Supporting client communication systems

Non-Negotiables

* Excellent written English

* Strong communication skills
* High standards for quality and professionalism
* Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve
