JOB OVERVIEW

I run a sales region inside a fast-growing US-based ISP sales org. We sell fiber, wireless, and home internet on behalf of AT&T, Allo, Brightspeed, Dobson, FiberFirst, and about a dozen other providers. Hundreds of reps, dozens of teams, data flying in every direction. I need a VA who can keep up.

This isn't a calendar-and-coffee job. The work is operational, repetitive, and time-sensitive — and the person who wins this role is going to make my life dramatically easier by being fast, sharp, and self-directed.
What you'll actually do
Collect and upload reports. Every week (and sometimes daily) I need provider reports pulled from portals, downloaded, renamed, and uploaded into our CRM and Google Drive on a tight schedule. You'll own the rhythm — I shouldn't have to remind you.
Manage my inbox. Triage, file, draft replies on the routine stuff, surface what actually needs me. I get hundreds of emails a day from reps, providers, and internal teams. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and I'm not the bottleneck.
Help with CRM hygiene. Cleaning up duplicate records, chasing missing intake data, cross-referencing CRM exports against ISP reports, flagging mismatches. There's a system to it — once you learn it, you'll be running QA checks on your own.
What I'm looking for

Speed. If a task takes you 45 minutes that should take 15, this isn't going to work. I move fast and need someone who moves at the same pace.
Brain power. You can read a spreadsheet, spot the thing that's wrong, and figure out why without me walking you through it. You can hold a workflow in your head after I show you once.
Initiative. I shouldn't have to ask twice. If a report is late, you're already chasing it down. If you see a pattern in the data, you tell me about it.
Comfortable with tools. Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets at an intermediate level (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables), CRM software, web portals. You're not afraid of a new system — you can pick one up in a day.
Clear writer. Email drafts that sound like a professional, not a chatbot.
Reliable. You show up, you finish what you start, you communicate when something is blocking you.

What this is not
This is a working role for someone who likes execution and ---------- ntum. If you need detailed step-by-step instructions for every task, or if "I didn't get to it" is in your vocabulary, please don't apply. I'm replacing someone for those exact reasons — I'd rather hire slowly than do it again.
Logistics

Location: Remote, Philippines-based
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time) — this is a night shift in PH
Pay: $800 USD/month, salary
Start date: ASAP
Equipment: You provide your own reliable computer and stable high-speed internet (backup internet is a plus)
