RevitGods is a BIM consulting firm helping building designers, contractors, and owners develop high-quality building projects much faster using BIM software. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can directly support the CEO by managing communications, streamlining operations, and driving business development outreach. We need someone proactive, detail-oriented, and business-minded who can help us grow the company while freeing up the CEO’s time.
Mission for this Role
To maximize CEO capacity and accelerate company growth by managing communications, streamlining operations, and driving business development outreach, directly supporting the goal of achieving $2M+ revenue within 12 months.
Responsibilities
Manage CEO inbox and draft/review responses in a professional voice.
Proactively schedule and confir
Research target companies and contacts; execute outreach campaigns on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain and update CRM/ClickUp with all business development activity.
Monitor QuickBooks and follow up on overdue invoices.
Process payroll and vendor payments accurately and on time.
Handle onboarding/offboarding documentation and HR coordination.
Coordinate employee engagement touchpoints (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
Liaise with vendors to set up accounts, resolve issues, and process payments.
Qualifications
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant supporting executives.
Strong English writing and communication skills (must be able to draft client-facing
Proven ability to research, organize, and manage pipelines or CRM systems.
Familiarity with invoicing/accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
Experience with HR/payroll platforms (e.g. Gusto) a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks with minimal oversight.
Bonus: Experience in AEC, real estate, or professional services industries.
