We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced, high-performing residential real estate sales team. This role requires someone with at least 2 years of experience—in a real estate setting—who can manage administrative tasks, streamline communications, and contribute to an efficient, client-focused operation. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about systems and service, you’ll be a vital part of our success. You’ll be the right hand to the lead agent—handling backend operations so the team can stay client-facing and close deals.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Manage and respond to
• Calendar management: schedule meetings, showings, webinars, and client consultations
• Prepare buyer/seller packets and assist with listing coordination tasks (MLS input, property descriptions, photo uploads)
• Organize and maintain digital files, contracts, and transaction records
• Update CRM with leads, notes, follow-ups, and status changes
• Set up and manage real estate webinars including follow-up
• Track key deadlines and keep the team accountable to time-sensitive tasks
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, title companies, and lenders as needed
• Research tools, processes, and local real estate info to support the team
