Success Manager
(1 full-time, remote position available)

We are Singapore’s fastest growing performance marketing agency that specialises in helping speakers, coaches and service-based businesses build and scale million dollar offers through paid ads, funnels, and high-level mentorship.
We are seeking a Success Manager to support and manage our software clients (Funnel Creation Kit), mentorship students, and high-touch private clients — ensuring they receive world-class support, get results fast, and stay engaged throughout their journey with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CLIENT SUCCESS & STRATEGY
Onboard new software users, mentees, and private clients with clarity and care
Track key client metrics, milestones, and progress
Proactively follow up with clients to prevent drop-off and unblock bottlenecks
Host check-in calls, onboarding sessions, or group accountability calls
Support coaching calls (e.g. note-taking, follow-up summaries, reminders)
Create and update success playbooks, SOPs, and client templates
Analyze client data and suggest improvements to boost retention and results
Track KPIs across all programs to ensure consistent client success


EVENT SOURCING & MANAGEMENT
Source venues and vendors for both local and overseas events
Negotiate event deals and manage budgets
Handle logistics, registration, and client communication pre- and post-event
Liaise with internal teams to ensure events are smooth, strategic, and impactful
Attend events when required to support clients and internal teams onsite


RELATIONSHIPS & COMMUNITY
Build strong relationships with clients—be their go-to person and biggest cheerleader
Engage clients inside our online communities and programs
Encourage accountability, progress sharing, and peer support


REQUIREMENTS:
Strong English speaking is a must, and English writing is preferred
Proven experience in success management, client support, or event coordination
Experience running or coordinating virtual and in-person events is a huge bonus
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and clients across different programs
Passionate about personal growth and working with a driven, motivated team
Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and lead with empathy
Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, or Asana is a plus
Bonus: Experience working in the digital marketing, coaching, or SaaS space
