Responsibilities
1,Responsible for user acquisition and growth for the exchange in the Philippine market
2,Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with agents, KOLs, community leaders, and media channels.
3,Develop and execute local growth strategies, including referral and incentive programs
4,Build and manage local user communities to improve engagement and trading activity
5,Track performance of channels and campaigns, continuously optimizing growth results
6,Support online marketing campaigns and brand exposure initiatives

Qualification
1,Familiar with the Philippine crypto market; experience with exchanges, Web3 projects, or local agent/KOL resources is a plus
2,Background in user growth, business development, partnerships, or sales
3,Proficient in community platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and ----------
4,Strong communication skills with a results-driven mindset
5,Strong interest in crypto, derivatives trading, and the Web3 industry
