**The Show Must Go On. That Is Your Job.**
**POSITION SUMMARY**
Our institution runs speech, debate, and performance competitions for hundreds of students in Korea. Behind every smooth event is someone who made sixty things happen that nobody saw. That someone is you.
This starts at 10 hours per week. Strong performance leads to more. Your client is KST-based and events follow the Korean academic calendar, which means some weekends are not optional.
**WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES**
Registration. Participant communications. Scheduling. Zoom setup. Logistics tracking. Making sure the day-of chaos is actually day-before calm. You work closely with the CEO and academic staff and you are the person everyone else relies on to have the answer.
**WHO THIS IS FOR**
You have coordinated real events before. Hospitality, tourism, education, operations, it does not matter where. What matters is that you know what a dropped ball costs and you do not drop them. English fluency is required, written and spoken. Korean language ability is not required but will be rewarded. You are calm under pressure and organized by instinct.
**A WORD ABOUT YOUR SETUP**
Private quiet workspace, no exceptions. Internet minimum 30 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, under 50 ms ping, single provider. Events are time-sensitive. A bad connection on event day is not a minor inconvenience.
**APPLICATION PROCESS**

**PAYMENT**
5,000 KRW per hour to start. Higher pay available for Korean language fluency.
