Etsy Store Manager & Product Research Assistant (Graphic Design Skills Required)
Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Etsy Store Manager to help grow and manage our Etsy store. This is a long-term position for someone who is highly organized, fluent in English, proactive, and experienced with Etsy marketplace operations.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day store activities, finding profitable products, creating and editing product designs, optimizing listings, and helping scale the business.

Responsibilities

- Account Management
- Manage and maintain our Etsy store
- Create and optimize product listings
- Monitor store performance and analytics
- Handle customer messages professionally
- Process orders and coordinate fulfillment
- Keep the store compliant with Etsy policies
- Implement strategies to increase sales and visibility

- Product Research
- Research trending and profitable products
- Analyze competitors and market demand
- Identify new product opportunities
- Conduct keyword research using Etsy SEO tools
- Present product ideas with supporting data

- Graphic Design
- Create and edit product designs
- Design listing images and mockups
- Modify existing designs based on feedback
- Maintain brand consistency across products
- Create digital products and print-on-demand designs when needed

Requirements
- Must Have
- Previous experience managing an Etsy store
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Etsy SEO and keyword research
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently

- Preferred
- Experience with Printify, Printful, Gelato, or other POD platforms
- Experience using Etsy research tools (EverBee, eRank, Alura, Marmalead, etc.)
- Knowledge of AI design tools
- Experience scaling Etsy stores to multiple daily sales
