Etsy Store Assistant - Product Creation and Store Development (Self-Help and Organization Niche)

I am the owner of "Organize & Thrive," an Etsy shop focused on self-help and organization products. My store offers printable planners, habit trackers, goal-setting templates, budget worksheets, digital vision boards, and more. I am seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to assist in building and optimizing my Etsy store, while helping to create high-quality, engaging products. This is a gig but it has the potential to turn into a long-term position for someone who is passionate about helping others stay organized and thrive.

Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up and optimizing the Etsy store for success (SEO, listings, descriptions, and tags)
Design and create self-help and organization-related products 10-15 to start (e.g., planners, trackers, templates, and digital vision boards)
Research trending product ideas, designs, and keywords in the self-help and organization niche
Ensure high-quality mockups and product images for Etsy listings

Potential for more work:
Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on Etsy
Provide insights and suggestions for increasing traffic and sales
Assist with customer inquiries and orders if needed

Requirements:

Experience with Etsy store management, SEO, and listing optimization
Strong design skills (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools)
Familiarity with creating digital products (e.g., printables, planners, templates)
Creative and detail-oriented, with an understanding of the self-help and organization niche
Excellent communication and time management skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Etsy marketing tools and strategies (e.g., Etsy Ads, social media promotions)
Knowledge of tools and apps like Printful, Printify (optional, but helpful)
