Etsy Shop Manager

We run 8 active Etsy shops and are looking for one reliable, detail-oriented person to take full ownership of the day-to-day. This is a real long-term role — not a trial gig. If you know Etsy inside and out and take pride in doing clean, consistent work, read on.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Upload new product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, tags, and attributes
- Research and apply Etsy SEO best practices to improve search ranking across all shops
- Monitor and respond to customer messages promptly and professionally
- Handle order issues, refunds, and disputes to maintain high review scores
- Track shop performance (views, favourites, conversion rate, revenue) and flag changes
- Keep listings up to date — pricing, photos, inventory counts, shipping details
- Conduct competitor and keyword research to find new opportunities
- Send a brief weekly update covering what was done, what's working, and any issues

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Proven Etsy shop experience (managing or selling)
- Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and the search algorithm
- Experience uploading and optimising listings at volume
- Good written English for customer communication
- Comfortable working independently without daily supervision
- Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
- Organised, with attention to detail on repetitive tasks
- Honest and communicates proactively when issues arise

BONUS EXPERIENCE (Nice to Have)

- Familiarity with eRank, Marmalead, or similar Etsy SEO tools
- Experience managing multiple shops simultaneously
- Basic Canva or photo editing skills for listing images
- Experience with Etsy Ads management

This is a fully remote, long-term position. We're not looking for someone to help out for a few weeks — we want to build a working relationship with someone who wants to grow with the business. As the shops grow, so does the opportunity.

PAY & HOURS

- $4–$7 per hour (USD)
- 40 hrs per week
- Monthly payment via Wise
- Rate based on experience — higher end for candidates with strong Etsy SEO track record
- Performance bonus available after 90-day probation period
- Paid Philippine public holidays after 3 months
