Etsy Mockup & Design Creator for Personalized Pajamas (Remote)

We are seeking a part-time designer to produce complete Etsy listings for personalized pajama sets. Each listing will include six mockup images and a fully editable Photoshop (PSD) file, allowing easy text customization for client names. Your role is to streamline our listing process by efficiently creating high-quality mockups and design files.

Responsibilities:

Produce 5 complete Etsy listings per day during your 4-hour shift.
Each complete listing includes:
• Six mockup images featuring the design on pajama blanks.
• An editable PSD file with all layers intact so names and text can be easily adjusted.
Use provided Google Drive folders containing pajama blanks, clipart elements, and fonts to create unique designs.
Ensure each design is creative, personalized, and aligned with our brand style.

Interview Process:
Stage 1: You will be given a Google Drive folder with blank pajamas, clipart, fonts, and two test mockups. Your task will be to create two sample mockups for review.
Stage 2: If successful, you will complete one full design (six mockups + editable PSD) while tracking your time. This will allow us to gauge your efficiency and set daily expectations.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Photoshop, including creating and managing layered PSD files.
Strong design eye and attention to detail.
Ability to create original, appealing designs using provided elements.
Reliable and able to meet daily output goals (5 full listings per shift).
