Estimator for structural engineering firm

We are a fast-growing company structural engineering firm based in Australia and we are urgently looking for a new estimator/Design tea ---------- mber to join our Philippines remote team. We require full time candidates that can be working full time from 7:00 AM to 3:30 pm Philippines time.

Candidate must possess the following:

1) Proficient in pdf mark-up software such as Bluebeam (or willing to learn quickly)
2) Proficient in Navisworks model viewing (or willing to learn quickly)
3) Capable to provide Quantity of material and cutting list table based on given rules and templates.
4) A university degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required. Must be licensed.
5) Proficiency in developing and coordinating Pdf mark-ups from engineers’ sketches.
6) Experience in working in a Similar office setup is necessary.
7) Strong work ethic, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and all-around team player. Ability to work to deadlines.
8) Candidate must have a computer/laptop and high-speed internet and uninterrupted electricity.
9) Sound knowledge of English.
10) Being able to work full time from 7:00AM to 3:30 pm Philippines time.

The role is full time in Australian time, and mentioned salary is the starting salary based on current conversion rate of AUD to PHP. The reimbursement is bi-weekly salary plus perks inclusive of Annual leave, Annual trips and Christmas bonus. Salary is adjustable based on performance review.
