Operated by former military officers, we deliver high-quality hauling and commercial landscaping solutions to industrial and commercial leaders. As we expand and secure new contracts, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team.

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in Project Estimation and Project Management. In this role, you will support our operations by assisting with project bidding, tracking timelines, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Estimation & Bidding: Review project scopes, blueprints, and RFPs to estimate material, labor, and logistical costs.
- Project Management Support: Monitor project milestones, timelines, and cross-functional alignment from start to finish.
- Data & Coordination: Maintain internal databases, project tracking sheets, and CRM systems with high accuracy.
- Reporting: Prepare basic cost analyses, progress updates, and operational summaries for leadership.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in project estimation and project management support (logistics or construction experience is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for seamless collaboration with US leadership.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
