Position Overview:
Timberland Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Esti-modeler with 3+ years of experience using Tekla software. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and proficient in interpreting architectural and structural blueprints. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate 3D models and cost estimates, collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment with specifications, and resolving design discrepancies. Experience with Bluebeam Revu is essential, particularly for performing structural and miscellaneous steel material takeoffs. Strong organizational and communication skills are key to maintaining project documentation and meeting deadlines while ensuring compliance with ASIC steel construction detailing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate 3D models and detailed cost estimates using Tekla software.
Interpret architectural and structural blueprints to produce precise material takeoffs and pricing.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment with project specifications.
Identify and resolve design and estimation discrepancies.
Maintain organized records of modeling and estimating work.
Ensure compliance with ASIC steel construction detailing design standards.
Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience using Tekla software for modeling and estimating.
2+ years of experience using Bluebeam Revu for structural steel & miscellaneous steel material takeoffs.
Proven ability to interpret architectural and structural blueprints.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of ASIC steel construction detailing standards.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with other modeling or estimating software.
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
Prior experience in construction or engineering environments.
