Job Title: Junior Social Media & Community Implementation VA (GoHighLevel / GHL Experience Required)

Job OverviewWe are an expanding recruitment firm operating an international brand

We are entering an urgent recruitment window and need an execution-focused, high-speed Entry-Level Social Media VA to take our strategies and turn them into daily content.

This is not a strategy role.

You will be given the templates, scripts, and promotional directions; your job is to build, schedule, format, and organize daily.

Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Content Production: Prepare and format a minimum of 10 pieces of content per day (5 per brand) using our existing templates and repurposing guidelines
This includes static posts, reels/shorts scripts, and story outlines

GHL & Spreadsheet Management: Maintain our master content spreadsheet and upload/schedule all approved content directly into GoHighLevel (GHL)

Community Portal Setup & Posting:
Help build, structure, and post interactive prompts inside our community portal to keep candidates engaged and moving toward enrollment

Candidate Script Response: Use our pre-approved scripts to respond to basic public comments, social media DMs, and community inquiries, driving them to webinar or application links

Daily Strict Reporting: Submit a structured summary at the end of every single shift detailing posts created, GHL scheduling status, and engagement metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Entry-Level)Tech Stack:
Must have basic, hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for social media scheduling, alongside Google Sheets.

Execution Focus: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the correct links, logos, and hashtags match the correct brand.

Language Skills: Flawless written English with the ability to maintain an encouraging, professional, and clear tone

Speed: Ability to work under tight timelines and handle a fast-paced "building while moving" company culture
