JOB OVERVIEW

ENROLLMENT SALES CONSULTANT — PREMIUM EDUCATION PROGRAMS

Gateway Tutoring Academy is a premium education company offering advanced academic tutoring, exam preparation, and structured learning programs for students, families, and adult learners. We are hiring one elite Enrollment Consultant to manage warm inbound consultations and close qualified leads into enrolled students.

This is not an entry-level role. We require a seasoned, polished closer with a verifiable track record, neutral accent, and C2-level English. Leads are provided — no cold calling. If you are serious about your craft, read carefully and apply accordingly.

SCHEDULE — PACIFIC TIME:
- Monday / Wednesday / Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM PT (7 hrs/day)
- Saturday / Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM PT (6 hrs/day)
- Total: 33 hours/week | Approximately 143 hours/month

***Candidates must be fully available during all of the above hours without exception***

COMPENSATION:
- Base Pay: $5.00 USD/hour — approximately $715 USD/month
- Strong Commission Structure: Paid Per Student Enrolled! — Details discussed with shortlisted candidates only!
- Promotion: Candidates who maintain a 35% or higher closing rate during their first 6 months will be eligible for a promotion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Conduct professional Zoom consultations with students, parents, and adult learners — warm inbound leads only, no cold calling
- Assess each student's goals, academic level, timeline, and challenges, then confidently recommend the right program
- Handle pricing conversations and objections professionally and close decisively
- Maintain a structured follow-up cadence on every active lead until a clear enrollment decision is reached
- Log all lead activity, consultation notes, and pipeline status accurately in CRM
- Consistently meet and exceed enrollment performance targets
- Represent Gateway Tutoring Academy with professionalism, warmth, and integrity on every call


REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable, consultative sales or enrollment closing experience — references and documented performance records are mandatory
- CV must include sales metrics: close rate, revenue generated, consultation volume, or equivalent measurable results — applications without performance data will not be reviewed
- C2-level English fluency with a neutral accent — non-negotiable. Every consultation is conducted live on Zoom and your spoken English is your primary tool
- Verifiable close rate available to share — average or peak performance across your career
- Full availability during all scheduled Pacific Time hours — Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday — without exception

Preferred Experience In (2) Or More Categories:
- Education sales or academic program enrollment
- Tutoring center or learning program advising
- Admissions consulting
- High-ticket coaching or online course sales
- Premium training or professional development program sales


REMOTE SETUP REQUIREMENT:
- Quiet, private, professional workspace with zero background noise or interruptions during live client consultations
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps upload) with a verified backup connection — dropped calls during consultations are not acceptable
- Laptop or desktop with working camera — phone-based consultations are not acceptable for this role
- Professional USB headset with noise cancellation — built-in microphone is not sufficient
