QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral American accent and conducting calls with great energy is a MUST!
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with leads.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads through various communication channels, including
- Nurture Leads: Develop and maintain relationships with leads by providing valuable information, answering questions, and addressing concerns to build trust and rapport.
- Campaign Specific Outreach: Implement campaign-specific follow-up strategies to maximize lead engagement and appointment scheduling.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule in-person body scan consultation appointments with leads, coordinating with coaches and prospects' availability.
- Database Management: Accurately maintain lead data, updates, and records in the
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead engagement metrics and appointment conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Training and Development: Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of our programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align follow-up efforts with campaign objectives and overall sales goals.
