Employee Survey Practice Lead

Remote - Pacific Time Zone

The Employee Survey Lead owns our employee research practice end-to-end, designing, fielding, analyzing, and reporting on employee engagement surveys, 360-degree feedback assessments, and other related work.

They also turn findings into action plans, executive briefings, and guide executives through organizational development, change management, and leadership coaching.

Required qualifications:

***At least 5 years of employee survey experience***
A bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with at least one major survey platform: Alchemer, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Culture Amp, etc.

Exceptional English proofreading and editing ability
Strong communication skills
Comfortable presenting to/advising senior executives
