Email list Building / Data Enrichment [Ongoing work]

I need help building a lead list.
Looking for someone with experience in the process listed below.
Can provide some training if you are unsure of some of the steps but you must be experienced in list building/cleaning.
And must have access to email-scrapping tools such as Hunter.io, snovio.io & Rocketreach.
The task involves verifying the profile's first name, signing up for email lists when available, finding the best contact emails using tools like Hunter.io and Snovio.io, and updating a Google Sheet with correct details. You'll also need to add one recent Instagram post caption to the sheet.
The full process will look something like this:
1. Go to the Instagram profile URL provided in the Google sheet.
2. Check the first name is correct and update it in the Google sheet if required.
3. On their Instagram profile find a link to their website and sign up for their email list with the email address I provide.
4. If they dont have a website they may have a linktr.ee with a link to sign up to their email list.
5. If they have an email list you can sign up to select the correct dropdown box in the Google sheet.
6. If they dont have an email list you can sign up to select the correct option in the dropdown box on the Google sheet. (see pic attached)
7.The email address provided on the Google sheet might not be the best one for them so you need to find the best one using a number of different tools and locations:
Use Hunter.io or Snovio.io on their website to scrape their best email address and input into the Google sheet.
Rocketreach
Check their Facebook profile
Hover your mouse cursor over the email icon on their website or linktr.ee and it should show the email address in the bottom left corner.
Check their LinkedIn account and scrape email using a tool.
Check their YouTube “About” page for their email.
There are multiple places you can find their best email from but you need to try and make sure it isn't a widely available email address such as Upgrade to see actual info personal email such as Upgrade to see actual info email is best. But this might not always be the case if it’s freely available on their website for example. You might be able to find a better one.
If you can’t find any email address then input Upgrade to see actual info
For example, if their first name is “James” and their domain is “Upgrade to see actual info” then you would input Upgrade to see actual info
8. Then finally I want you to copy and paste a caption from one of their latest Instagram posts into the Google sheet.
This caption needs to be something that I can turn into a personalized first line when I email this lead. It needs to be something that I can make a comment on. Examples will be given when you start the job.

The first test project will be to clean 50 leads and will pay $12.
This is my first time hiring for a position like this so I will be looking for someone who is honest about how many leads they can get through per hour, so if you can complete the task more quickly and get through more leads this will be taken into consideration when looking to hire for my other gigs.
I'm also a member of a large group with other people who need the services of a VA/Lead Generation/Email list Builder so I'd be happy to refer this person to others if all goes well.
