Email Sequence Strategist — Kit Audit and Optimization

We run a digital product brand in the spirituality and personal development space. Our email platform is Kit (formerly ConvertKit). We have approximately 9,000 subscribers and a multi-tier product funnel ranging from a free opt-in through four paid product tiers.

We are looking for an experienced email sequence strategist for a one-time audit and optimization project. This is not an ongoing role.

What the project covers:
— Audit of existing welcome and nurture sequences for open rate, click rate, and drop-off patterns
— Identification of sequence gaps, weak subject lines, and segmentation issues
— Specific actionable recommendations for each sequence
— Optional: rewrite of underperforming emails if scope warrants it

What we need from you:
— Demonstrated Kit experience specifically
— Portfolio examples of sequence audits or rebuilds for digital product businesses
— Ability to deliver a structured written audit with clear recommendations

This is a focused project. Estimated 3 to 5 hours of work. We move fast and expect the same.
