Qualifications
• Experienced: You have 2-4 years of email marketing management experience
• You are results-oriented and have a track record of delivering tangible outcomes when managing email programs
• Your dedication to accomplishing goals efficiently and effectively contributes to your team’s overall success
• Strong Tool-belt: You are proficient in email campaign tools and/or other email platforms with intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS for template customization
• Proficient in business tools like G Suite, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel
• You have a strong grasp for narrative, grammar and the makings of a high-converting campaign
• Superb Communicator: you’re a great communicator, whether it’s with customers or your co-workers
• You know how to share ideas and concepts clearly and concisely


Responsibilities
• Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive email program strategy that generate business outcomes focus on customer acquisition, growth and retention
• Database Management: Identify, segment and maintain our email database to deliver highly targeted and personalized email campaigns
• Lifecycle Marketing: Create and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads
• Content Strategy: Develop engaging and relevant content, including copywriting, design, and visual elements, to drive conversions
• Automation: Leverage marketing automation tool to streamline email workflows, including drip campaigns
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful email campaigns
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and design to optimize email performance continually
• Data Analysis: Monitor email campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on email marketing KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated
• Analytical: You utilize data-driven insights to continuously assess and optimize email marketing campaigns for improved performance and engagement
• Autonomous Problem Solver: You proactively identify and address email marketing challenges, make independent decisions and take initiative to ensure the success of campaigns while working autonomously
• Multiplier: You empower others through opportunities that increase visibility, responsibility, and decision-making
