JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a smart, proactive Email Marketing Specialist & Social Media Manager to help us boost income, engagement, and brand visibility through strategic campaigns, compelling content, and sharp, data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Email
Marketing (Core Focus):
- Build and manage email campaigns including welcome sequences, product promotions, newsletters, and re-engagement flows
- Design, implement, and optimize email funnels that guide potential customers from initial awareness all the way to purchase and long-term loyalty
- Apply a deep understanding of the marketing funnel to tailor messaging, content, and timing for each stage — helping the business attract, nurture, and convert leads more effectively
- Write high-converting copy tailored to different audience segments
- Schedule and automate campaigns using platforms like Convertkit, Klaviyo, or similar
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, design, and send times to optimize performance
- Monitor key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and report findings
- Continuously iterate on campaign and funnel strategies based on performance insights
- Maintain and clean subscriber lists to ensure deliverability and compliance
- Strategize and execute segmentation and personalization to improve engagement
- Create simple but on-brand email designs using templates or tools like Canva

???? Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Convertkit, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels and how to use them to drive conversions
- Familiarity with funnel-building platforms such as Kajabi (for online courses, memberships, and sales funnels) or HubSpot (for - - CRM-driven marketing and funnel automation) is a strong plus
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling, segmented messages that convert
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
- Experience running A/B tests and using results to guide strategy
- Familiarity with email design best practices; basic design skills using Canva or similar tools a plus
- Ability to manage subscriber lists and maintain list hygiene and compliance
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
