JOB OVERVIEW

The role is responsible for managing the technical infrastructure and operational workflows that support marketing and communication efforts, including database maintenance, email marketing, and workflow coordination. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with marketing savvy to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Database Management
Build, clean, and maintain marketing databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Perform regular database health checks, including DNS health monitoring and IP reputation management.
Upload and manage customer/prospect lists while ensuring compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).


Email
Marketing Oversight
Manage the end-to-end process of creating, testing, and distributing email marketing campaigns.
Ensure email content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for deliverability and engagement.
Monitor email analytics and provide reports to optimize future campaigns.

Marketing Workflow Management
Collaborate with teams to create and distribute marketing collateral, including emails, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Establish workflows and timelines for the content creation process, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content.

Technical Support
Ensure marketing systems and integrations (e.g., CRM, email platforms) function properly.
Troubleshoot issues related to email deliverability, workflows, and campaign setup.
Optimize the use of marketing automation tools for campaign efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates).
Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Generate periodic reports for key stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar).
Experience with DNS health monitoring tools, email deliverability platforms, and marketing databases.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation tools.

Marketing Expertise:
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations.
Experience creating and optimizing email templates, landing pages, and digital assets.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret data and provide insights to improve marketing campaigns.
Experience using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.

Project Management:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in email marketing, database management, or marketing operations.
