ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly skilled
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop and execute

•Optimize

•Work with design and copy teams to create high-performing

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
•3+ years of experience in
•Must have direct experience with Klaviyo and be proficient in setting up automation, flows, and campaign management
•Must have worked with a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand in the US
•Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing
•Proven ability to increase retention and customer LTV through
•Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and reporting
•Ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns
BONUS SKILLS
•Experience with Shopify and e-commerce tools
•Knowledge of SMS marketing platforms (Postscript, Attentive, etc.)
•Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma for
