Key Responsibilities
1.
-Develop and execute a comprehensive
-Plan and manage campaign calendars, including promotional, lifecycle, and automated
-Continuously optimize subject lines, preview text, send times, and audience segmentation to boost Open Rates & Click Rates.
-Implement A/B testing to refine creative elements, copy, and CTAs for higher conversions.

-Maintain list hygiene by managing bounces, suppressions, and engagement-based segmentation.

-Work closely with ESP (e.g., Klaviyo, Listrak, or others) to maintain strong sender health.
4. Performance Analysis & Optimization
-Analyze
-Report on key insights and adjust strategies based on data-driven learnings.
-Identify opportunities for automation and personalization to enhance the customer journey.
Qualifications & Skills
-3+ years of hands-on experience in
-Proven ability to increase Open Rates, Click Rates, and Conversion Rates through strategic

-Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for
-Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and automation workflows.
-Understanding of deliverability best practices and list hygiene management.
-Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics or ESP reporting tools.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
