Key Responsibilities:?
- Set up, manage, and optimise Klaviyo
- A/B test campaigns to understand performance outcomes and continually refine strategies based on data.?
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually compelling and highly engaging
- Analyse campaign performance, generating weekly and monthly reports with recommendations.?
- Ensure
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
Qualifications:?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Klaviyo platform.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful
- Strong understanding of e-commerce customer lifecycles.
- Proficient in list management, segmentation, and targeting.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with A/B testing, metrics, and analytics.
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS for
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge in
- Experience in customer segmentation strategies to personalise and enhance
- Familiarity with the latest trends in
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
