We are a high-performance trading education & AI SaaS company looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Expert to take our email strategy to the next level. We generate leads globally and need someone who understands cold emails, email deliverability, and retention strategies to maximize conversions and engagement.
???? Key Responsibilities:
???? Email Strategy & Execution:
• Plan, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns, bulk email sends, and retention campaigns.
• Develop email automation flows to nurture, reconnect, and convert leads into paying customers.
• Analyze email performance (open rates, CTR, bounce rates) and adjust strategies for higher deliverability and engagement.
???? List Management & Deliverability:
• Manage and segment large email databases for better targeting.
• Avoid spam filters & improve inbox placement using DMARC, SPF, DKIM, IP warming, and other best practices.
• Maintain high email reputation and clean email lists regularly.
???? A/B Testing & Optimization:
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, email copy, design, and send times.
• Monitor & improve key KPIs (open rate, response rate, conversion rate).
• Develop anti-spam strategies for cold outreach and bulk email marketing.
?? Email Automation & Software Management:
• Set up and manage email workflows in Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.
• Use personalization & segmentation to improve email relevance and conversions.
• Implement drip campaigns, retargeting emails, and behavioral-based email sequences.
????????? Collaboration with Content & Design Teams:
• Work with the content creator to create engaging email sequences, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the designer to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned emails.
• Suggest ideas for content that will perform well via email & WhatsApp marketing.
???? Requirements:
? 3+ years of experience in email marketing, cold email outreach, and newsletter management.
? Strong knowledge of email deliverability, anti-spam laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and best practices.
? Expertise in bulk email tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.).
? Experience with email segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
? Familiarity with email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warming).
? Strong understanding of A/B testing, lead nurturing, and retargeting strategies.
? Knowledge of cold email marketing strategies without triggering spam filters.
? Ability to analyze email data & suggest improvements for better engagement.
? Experience with B2B/B2C email marketing, preferably in finance, SaaS, or AI-based products.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with WhatsApp marketing & SMS campaigns.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation strategies.
