Email Graphic Designer

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to elevate our email creatives, with a primary focus on email marketing (Klaviyo). This is a full-time, remote role. We're not hiring freelance/agency.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Create banners, email graphics, landing pages, and other DTC marketing assets
- Edit and optimise website product images
- Develop new creative concepts and designs based on performance data and brand direction
- Produce variations of winning creatives for testing (different headlines, layouts, visuals, offers)
- Collaborate effectively with the Copywriter to iterate based on performance insights
- Monitor competitors’ designs to identify gaps or opportunities

Requirements
- Mon–Fri (9am–5pm PH time)
- Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
- Skills in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator (3D jewelry rendering experience is a huge plus)

What We Offer
- 40,000–70,000php (more experience, higher pay)
- 35 hours/week (unlike PH standard 40 hours)
