We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Designer to join our team and create visually engaging, high-converting email campaigns.

Responsibilities

* Design visually appealing, responsive, and high-converting email templates.
* Create branded email graphics and visual assets that align with each client's brand guidelines.
* Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support customer engagement, retention, and conversion goals.
* Ensure all emails are optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
* Organize and manage design assets efficiently.
* Implement revisions and incorporate feedback in a timely manner.

Preferred Specialties

Candidates with experience in the following are highly preferred:

1. Klaviyo
2. Figma
3. Mailchimp
4. ActiveCampaign
5. HubSpot

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Email Designer.
* Strong portfolio showcasing email designs.
* Experience working with eCommerce brands is a plus.
* Experience working with UK and US clients is highly preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
